In Slavic Folk Healing you will find herbal recipes, tinctures and time-tested remedies drawn from centuries of Ukrainian folk practice. In Slavic Folk Magic & Spirit you will discover the ritual knowledge of the znakhars and charakternyky, from lifting the evil eye to the sacred rules of healing ceremony. In Mind & Folk Psychology you will find the inner work: how thoughts create illness, how belief shapes recovery, and how the Cossack understanding of the mind can help you become the true master of your own life.

If you have questions about our publications, wish to share a family remedy passed down through your own lineage, or have suggestions for the development of this project, I am always open to conversation. Your feedback helps me grow as an author and go deeper into the secrets that nature and tradition have preserved for us.
